This is probably the dumbest idea ever! Some Congressman is proposing a bill which will force manufacturers to make camera phones give off a shutter sound whenever a picture is taken. Supposedly this will stop perverts from taking pics in locker rooms, dressing rooms, etc. Anyone who is willing enough to pull out a phone in a locker room, conceal it, and take photos of people for later sexual pleasure will obviously not have a problem with manually disabling the speaker on their phone! Everyone else will suffer with an annoying clicking sound whenever they take a picture.
